The Community has already got two Office Marketing Champions who are all fired up and rearing to go with reporting all the news and views from their area.

Our First Champions

Natalie Cuthsforth and Trell O’ Hara from the Hull Office will be working as a team and posting up articles, pictures and even some video footage from the handy Flip Camera we have lent them to record the fun!

More about Natalie and Trell

Natalie  has been with A4e since Feb 09 as a recruiter. She started her career in the care sector 9 years ago straight from school  and decided on a career change in recruitment before discovering A4e.

”When I was approached by Luke to help with the video diaries and client good news stories I was thrilled. I first got a taste of stardom when I was twelve and appeared in a fire safety video as ‘girl with burns’  The video was shown throughout schools in Humberside.”

You may have seen Natalie in Episode Two of Benefit Busters as the tireless member of staff working with clients to try and motivate them to go to interviews. Natalie says “I didn’t think anyone would recognise me after it but I had a very drunk lady come up to me in a club and say she thought I was brilliant which was nice!”

Trell has also worked at A4e since February this year, and whilst she relishes the challenge of getting people into work  she is also very interested in photojournalism. She is a skilled photographer who enjoys travelling around and capturing events and news, and has exhibited work in art galleries across the country.

“I wanted to get involved in this marketing opportunity at A4e, as I know I have skills which can be useful in representing the true picture of the hard work that the people of A4e put in on a daily basis. There’s a buzz about the new FND contract and the dynamics are engaging which will make for a great film.”

We wish Natalie and Trell the best of luck with their Community Roving Reporter Roles and look forward to seeing their posts.
